Getting Started with EasyNest

Set up your account, connect your Etsy shop, and start managing your listings in under 10 minutes.

Step-by-Step Setup

Create Your Free Account

Head to the EasyNest registration page and sign up with your email address. No credit card is required — your first month is completely free on all paid plans, and the Starter plan is free forever. After signing up, you will receive a verification email. Click the link to activate your account.

Connect Your Etsy Shop

Once logged in, navigate to Settings and click "Connect Etsy Shop". You will be redirected to Etsy's OAuth authorization page. Grant EasyNest permission to access your shop data. We only request the permissions we need: reading and writing listings, and reading shop data. We never store your Etsy password.

Sync Your Listings

After connecting your shop, EasyNest automatically syncs all your listings — active, draft, and inactive. This includes titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, images, and variations. The initial sync typically takes 1-3 minutes depending on how many listings you have. You can track progress with the sync progress bar.

Edit Your Listings

Now you can start editing. Click on any listing to open the editor. You can update titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, shipping profiles, and more. Use the bulk edit feature to update multiple listings at once — perfect for seasonal updates or pricing changes. Changes are saved locally first, so you can review before publishing.

Publish to Etsy

When you are ready to push your changes live, click "Publish to Etsy" on any listing or use bulk publish for multiple listings. You can choose to publish as active (immediately live) or as a draft for further review on Etsy. EasyNest tracks pending changes so you always know which listings need publishing.
